Bordeaux-Merignac, April 8th – Audemat, the founding company within the WorldCast Systems group, will this year celebrate thirty years in broadcast at the NAB 2010 show in Las Vegas.
To mark the occasion, the WorldCast Systems group are holding a party on their booth C751 on the Tuesday evening during the NAB convention.
Founded in 1980 in Bordeaux, France, Audemat have grown to be a significant player in the industry and have earned the respect of many for their range of professional signal monitoring products, RDS encoders and broadcast facility management tools. Following the acquisition of the transmitter manufacturer, Ecreso in 2006 and APT Codecs in 2009, the group changed its name to WorldCast Systems to reflect their visionary strategy of providing professional, integrated solutions to broadcasters at every step along the broadcast chain.
“This may be the first occasion that we exhibit as WorldCast Systems at the NAB show but our constituent companies each enjoy a long and successful history within the industry states Group President, Bruno Rost. “Together we can boast over 100 years experience of supplying professional systems to Radio and TV broadcasters, stations, telecommunication operators and regulation authorities. With many thousands of broadcast products deployed worldwide including over 14,000 RDS Encoders and many more audio codecs, signal monitors, audio processors, transmitters and broadcast facility management solutions, WorldCast Systems is truly a significant player in the international broadcast arena.
As appreciation to the customers and distribution partners who have contributed to the success of the company and the larger group, WorldCast Systems are inviting those attending NAB to join them on 13th April at 5pm on their NAB Booth C751 (Hall C2) as they celebrate this important milestone in the group’s continuing evolution.
