NETIA Software Will Simplify Management, Production, and Delivery of Uncompressed WAV Audio for Broadcast, Internet Streaming, Podcasts, and Audio on Demand

CLARET, France — Nov. 23, 2010 — NETIA today announced that SHEMS FM, a new privately owned radio station based in Tunis, Tunisia, is being equipped with the Radio-Assist(TM) 8 suite of digital audio automation software to support both traditional and Internet broadcast operations using only uncompressed WAV files. The NETIA software will enable SHEMS FM to establish efficient media logging, management, and production for its Internet streaming, podcasts, and on-demand services.

Radio 1 AG has invested in seven Jünger Audio MIX4 compact mixers to record telephone interviews and other source material for its programming.

This privately owned commercial radio station broadcasts a mixture of news, music, phone-ins and special reports to local audiences in Zurich, Switzerland.
