Montréal, Canada, November 2010: Sennheiser Canada, leading purveyor of high-end professional and consumer audio products, announces its partnership with TELUS, one of Canada’s leading mobile telecommunications providers, to sell Sennheiser EZX 60 Bluetooth(r) headsets and MM 50iP stereo headsets in its 1,200 stores across the nation. Launched on November 1, 2010, this breakthrough partnership, spearheaded by Michael Wyman of Sennheiser Canada’s Communications Division, is to give TELUS customers ready access to Sennheiser’s superior headset fidelity and state-of-the-art noise and echo cancellation technologies.
The two initial Sennheiser products chosen by TELUS represent the company’s core technologies and superior performance. The Sennheiser EZX 60 is a monaural, behind-the-ear Bluetooth headset. It features advanced digital noise and echo cancellation, easy call control, lightweight comfort, and long talk time. While the Sennheiser MM 50iP is aimed at iPhone users, it is also compatible with other smartphones, offering superior music fidelity with plenty of bass response and high-end clarity. An integrated microphone and operation button allow users to make calls without missing a beat.
“As our professional and personal lives come to depend more and more on mobile communications, it makes sense that users demand reliable performance and technological excellence,” said Wyman. “We are confident that Sennheiser’s communications products are far ahead of the curve and deliver a noticeably enhanced mobile communications experience. Consumers are spending hundreds of dollars on smartphones that should be complimented with our premium headsets. TELUS understands this philosophy and has taken the leadership position by offering a unique product line that is not currently available via any other Canadian carrier.”
