In his new position, Pusey will be responsible for planning and directing the marketing of the organization’s products, sales, and services by performing a variety of duties in conjunction with other management staff. These responsibilities will involve establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate sales objectives, developing and executing the company’s marketing plans and programs—both short and long range—in support of the organizations’ sales and revenue objectives, directing and coordinating the activities of manufacturers’ representatives and distributors both domestically and internationally, fostering and maintaining business relationships with key industry personnel and strategic partners, and ensuring a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Pusey is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with an extensive company background. During the past six years, his duties have grown exponentially and, in the process, these experiences have prepared him for the responsibilities of his new position. Starting in 2006 as an Inside Sales Representative, Pusey impressed upper management with his propensity for detail and organization. One year later, he was promoted to the position of National Marketing Manager, where he was responsible for guiding the company’s brand image and the message put forth to the public—a position in which he excelled. In January 2010, Pusey was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing where he continued to expand the company’s image while taking a direct role in its sales operations. With this latest promotion to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Pusey now spearheads the company’s sales and marketing efforts on a global scale.
